Since the trainings are given with a 1 to 1 tutoring system, you can schedule your lesson date and time in consultation with the school management.

TRAINING CONTENTS
This training program is designed to meet the needs of a baker who can make all kinds of bread. It is aimed that the students can learn the basic techniques of making traditional bread from Turkey, France, Italy, Denmark and India, making wholemeal bread with walnuts, olives and tomatoes, tools to prepare bread and customize recipes for future generations. The students who successfully completed this program not only can find a job easily in the industry but also be a better bread maker both locally and abroad
TRAINING DURATION
Training duration is 80 hours in total. The one-on-one classes are minimum 4, maximum 8 hours a day, adjusted based on the student’s day of choice.

Certification
The students who successfully passed the written and practical exams at the end of the training will be awarded a Certificate in Professional Bakery approved by TCA Turkish Culinary Academy.
