TRAINING CONTENTS

With this training program the students will become a foreign language speaking professional chef who knows the details of being a chef, Turkish, Italian, French, Spanish, Indian, Latin American & Far East cuisine, hospitality culture, food knowledge and safety, bakery, pot food, pastry, fried food, rice, snacks and dessert preparation, correct way of cooking method and duration for each dish type, currently runs or thinking of starting their own business, be a management part of the culinary sector, thinking of working as a chef or who currently works as one.

TRAINING DURATION

It is an 8-month vocational training lasting 874 hours in total, including 14 hours of Theoretical, 266 hours of Practical and 96 hours of Professional Foreign Language Training (English, Spanish, German), 334 hours of Theoretical and Practical training and 12 weeks (3 Months) 540 hours of internship in Professional Kitchens. Class quotas are limited to a minimum of 8 students and a maximum of 18 students.

Certification

At the end of the Professional Culinary Training, students who successfully pass the Theoretical and Practical exams held by the Ministry of National Education are awarded

  • TCA Professional Culinary Graduation Certificate,
  • M.E.B. Cook (Level 4) Course Program Course Completion Certificate,
  • M.E.B. World Cuisines Course Program Course Completion Certificate,
  • M.E.B. Mandatory Hygiene Certificate,
  • TCA Vocational English (Culinary) Language Certificate,
  • TCA Vocational Spanish (Culinary) Language Certificate,
  • TCA Vocational German (Culinary) Language Certificate

making a total of 7 certificates and documents. Of these documents, the 2 M.E.B.-approved Course Completion Certificates are internationally valid. With these course completion certificates, students can legally practice the culinary profession domestically in government agencies and private institutions, and they can open food and beverage businesses in accordance with the Licensing Regulations of Municipalities. Furthermore, the M.E.B.-approved course completion certificates obtained as a result of the exam are valid for work permit, immigration, and similar applications in 120 countries, primarily the European Union Countries, the United States of America, the United Kingdom, England, Australia, etc., and our students can legally practice the culinary profession in these countries.

Paid Internship Opportunities in Spain

Salaried internships are available from 3 to 6 months in hotels, resorts and resorts in Barcelona, Costa Brava, Canary Islands, Majorca and Andalusia in Spain.
“Paid internship training in Spain is not included in our fees.”

The cost of an internship in Spain is 1750 Euros. For this price, we provide accommodation for 6 months, 3 meals a day, 8 hours of work a day, 2 days off a week and a salary of at least 300 Euro to 400 Euro per month.

Students who have at least A2 level English are also provided with the opportunity to go to a salaried internship program where they can work for 12 months after graduation in various hotels, restaurants and businesses in America, where they can earn an average of $ 15 – $ 20 per hour.

US Internship 1 year 4.550 $ hourly wage between 13 – 15 $ hourly wage working at least 40 hours a week, the hourly wage after the 41st hour is charged at 20 $ and you can work up to 60 hours a week in this way. In this way, our students earn an income of $3,000 to $4,000 per month.

Paid Internship Opportunities in Maldives
