TRAINING DURATION

4 hours of theoretical training,

TRAINING PERIODS

Since the trainings are given with a 1 to 1 tutoring system, you can schedule your lesson date and time in consultation with the school management.

TRAINING CONTENTS

With this training program the students will become an internationally qualified pastry chef who knows the preparation, tools of use, cooking techniques and presentation of Cakes, Muffins, Sauces, Crisps, Pies, Buns, Cookies, Sponge Cakes, Puff Pastry, Meringue, Mousse, Tarts, Chocolate, Milky & Cream Desserts, Crepes and Parfaits and applying them.

TRAINING DURATION

Training duration is 100 hours in total. The one-on-one classes are minimum 4, maximum 8 hours a day, adjusted based on the student’s day and time of choice.

Certification

The students who successfully passed the written and practical exams at the end of the training will be awarded a Certificate approved by TCA Turkish Culinary Academy.

Accommodation

The students who don’t live in Ankara can choose the best dormitories available in the capital city and can get special discount for our school.
You can also get special discount from Inn 14 Hostel.

Paid Internship Opportunities in Spain

Salaried internships are available from 3 to 6 months in hotels, resorts and resorts in Barcelona, Costa Brava, Canary Islands, Majorca and Andalusia in Spain.
“Paid internship training in Spain is not included in our fees.”

The cost of an internship in Spain is 1750 Euros. For this price, we provide accommodation for 6 months, 3 meals a day, 8 hours of work a day, 2 days off a week and a salary of at least 300 Euro to 400 Euro per month.

Paid Internship Opportunities in USA

Students who have at least A2 level English are also provided with the opportunity to go to a salaried internship program where they can work for 12 months after graduation in various hotels, restaurants and businesses in America, where they can earn an average of $ 15 – $ 20 per hour.

US Internship 1 year 4.550 $ hourly wage between 13 – 15 $ hourly wage working at least 40 hours a week, the hourly wage after the 41st hour is charged at 20 $ and you can work up to 60 hours a week in this way. In this way, our students earn an income of $3,000 to $4,000 per month.
