Since the trainings are given with a 1 to 1 tutoring system, you can schedule your lesson date and time in consultation with the school management.

TRAINING CONTENTS
The training lasts for 60 (sixty) hours and is provided as one-on-one or group lessons. The decision on this is made by the school administration. In one-on-one training, the lessons are applied on days and times preferred by the student and, when deemed appropriate by the school administration, for a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 8 hours per day.

Certification
At the end of the Professional Sushi and Far East Cuisine Chef program training, students who pass the Theoretical and Practical exams conducted by the Ministry of National Education will receive:
TCA Professional Sushi and Far East Cuisine Chef Program Graduation Certificate,
Ministry of National Education World Cuisine Course Program Completion Certificate.
Accommodation
Students who wish to participate in our training from outside Ankara can stay in the most special and beautiful student dormitories in the capital at special rates provided by our school.
Documents Required for Registration
- 4 Photos
- Copy of ID Card
- Notarized diploma copy of the last school graduated or the original document.
- Criminal record
- Health report (from a family physician or state hospital)
Tuition Fee
The tuition fee for the program is 5.000 $.
Our school provides students with a chef uniform, training documents, a knife set, and a TCA school bag as gifts.
Job Guarantee
As a result of our school’s long-standing collaboration with the Turkish Employment Agency, students who successfully complete their 60-hour professional training and their 12-week internships will be placed in Sushi and Far East Cuisine-themed businesses with at least the minimum wage.
