Pastry Group classes will be held 2 days a week on Mondays and Tuesdays, 8 hours a day, between 10:00 – 19:00 and will last for a total of 20 weeks. Bakery group lessons will be given on the days left over from the Pastry lessons.
Since the trainings are given with a 1 to 1 private lesson system, you can determine your lesson days and times by contacting the school administration.

TRAINING CONTENTS
With this training program the students will become a pastry chef who can make cakes, muffins, pies, puff pastry, cookies, tarts, meringues, pizzas from Turkey, France, Italy and other world cuisines, cake designs as well as a foreign language speaking Bread Maker who knows the techniques of making traditional bread from Turkey, France, Italy, Denmark and India, making whole meal bread with walnuts, olives and tomatoes, tools to prepare bread and customize recipes for future generations, currently runs or thinking of starting their own business, thinking of working as a chef or who currently works as one.
TRAINING DURATION
The duration of the Professional Pastry and Bakery training program is 994 hours. This period includes 32 hours of theoretical, 368 hours of Pastry, Dessert and Bread making practices from Turkish and World Cuisine, 54 hours of Professional Foreign Language courses (English, Spanish, French) and 540 hours (3 months) of sectoral internship. There is no internship obligation in education, but students who successfully complete their internship benefit from job opportunities in Turkey and abroad. The courses are given in 2 types: Group courses and 1 to 1 private course format, each course lasts an average of 4 hours in the 1 to 1 (Instructor Chief and student) education type, and the student can take a minimum of 4 hours a day and a maximum of 8 hours a day. Students can determine the days and times of the lessons themselves.
