From 2005 to 2009, I worked as a wine educator at a private alcoholic beverage company. Since 2009, I have continued to pursue certified training in the field of wine and alcoholic beverages. I currently continue to provide individual training, end-consumer training, service staff training, and workshops.

Level 1 – Introduction to Wine
What is Wine?
• What are the different styles and production methods of wine?
• What should you look for when buying wine?
• What equipment is used for wine?
• What are some common wine terms?
• What are the basics of food-wine pairing?
• What are the proper conditions for storing wine?
• What are the stages of wine tasting?
Duration: 2.5 hours

Level 2 – Viticulture and winemaking details
• Important vineyards and appellation systems in our country and around the world
• Characteristics of oak barrels and cork oak

Level 3 – Recognizing Grapes
• Which grape varieties are popular for winemaking in our country and around the world?
• Regions where wine grapes are grown around the world and their characteristics
Duration: 2 hours
