Since the trainings are given with a 1 to 1 tutoring system, you can schedule your lesson date and time in consultation with the school management.

TRAINING CONTENTS

With this training program the students will become a pastry chef who can make cakes, muffins, pies, puff pastry, cookies, tarts, meringues, pizzas from Turkey, France, Italy and other world cuisines, decorations using sugar dough, cake designs as well as a foreign language speaking Bread Maker who knows the techniques of making traditional bread from Turkey, France, Italy, Denmark and India, making whole meal bread with walnuts, olives and tomatoes, tools to prepare bread and customize recipes for future generations, currently runs or thinking of starting their own business, thinking of working as a chef or who currently works as one.

TRAINING DURATION

Training duration is 20 weeks of hands-on classes 5 months in total. Private Classrooms are limited to 8 students.
Morning Group (Weekdays) : 09:00 – 12:30
Noon Group (Weekdays) : 13:30 – 17:00
Sat & Sun (Weekend) : 09:00 – 18:00

Certification

The students who successfully passed the written and practical exams at the end of the training will be awarded a total of 3 Certificates in Pastry, Bakery and Vocational English (Kitchen) approved by Turkish Ministry of Education. With these certificates you can work as a chef legally both locally and abroad in 92 countries.

Accommodation

The students who don’t live in Ankara can choose the best dormitories available in the capital city and can get special discount for our school.
You can also get special discount from Inn 14 Hostel.

Internship

There are also paid and/or unpaid internship programs you can join in the Spain, the USA or Italy upto 12 months long.

Paid Internship Opportunities in Spain

The Hotels, Resorts and Holiday Villages from Barcelona, Costa Brava, Canary Islands, Majorca and Andalusia in Spain provide paid internships between 3 and 6 months.

Internship Opportunities in Italy

The students who completed their internship locally will have the chance to be an intern at a Two-Michelin-starred restaurant from Umbria/Italy and a 1 week training at our partner school.

Paid Internship Opportunities in the USA

The students with Intermediate or Advance Level of English Proficiency can also join a 6-12 months long paid internship program where you can make 9$ – 12$ an hour, after having a 5 year long work experience.

  • The Original or Notarized Photocopy of Diploma from the Last Graduated School
  • Criminal Record
  • Health Certificate (from Your Family Physician or any State Hospital)
  • Stool Analysis, Nose & Throat Culture Analysis, Lung Exam, HIV, Hepatitis B & C Test Results
Tuition Fee

9.500 $ (VAT included & 5 month accomodation in sharing room inclueded)
Chef Uniform, Professional Pastry and Bread Making Equipment, Training Documents (Books, CDs.. etc) are given free to the students by our school.
