TRAINING DURATION

TRAINING PERIODS

Since the trainings are given with a 1 to 1 tutoring system, you can schedule your lesson date and time in consultation with the school management.

TUITION FEE

4.000 $

TRAINING CONTENTS

Each World Cuisine training program is an individual training program and students are expected to;
Learn the skills and the knowledge required in World Cuisine, and work as a knowledgeable, either amateur or a professional chef,
Learn the skills and the knowledge to be able to determine the proper cooking method and duration for the dish to be prepared,
Practice making soups, starters, appetizers, cold snacks, salads, main course dishes, fish and seafood, dessert preparation, cooking and presentation of various dishes.

TRAINING DURATION

Each training program’s duration is 10 days, 4 hours a day, 40 hours in total. Class times can be adjusted based on the student’s day and time of choice when TCA sees fit.

Certification

The students who successfully passed the written and practical exams at the end of the training will be awarded a Certificate in World Cuisine approved by TCA Turkish Culinary Academy.

Accommodation

The students who don’t live in Ankara can choose the best dormitories available in the capital city and can get special discount for our school.
You can also get special discount from Inn 14 Hostel.

Internship Opportunities in Italy

The students who completed their internship locally will have the chance to be an intern for 2 months at a Two-Michelin-starred restaurant from Umbria/Italy and a 1 week training at our partner school.

Paid Internship Opportunities in the USA

The students with Intermediate or Advance Level of English Proficiency can also join a 6-12 months long paid internship program where you can make 9$ – 12$ an hour, after having a 5 year long work experience.

The Hotels, Resorts and Holiday Villages from Barcelona, Costa Brava, Canary Islands, Majorca and Andalusia in Spain provide paid internships between 3 and 6 months.

Chef Uniform, Chef Knife and Vegetable Knife, Training Documents (Books, CDs.. etc) are given free to the students by our school.
